Reservation Information The Event Palace requires a damage deposit for the package of your choice, a valid Driver's License and Credit Card in the renter's name and a signed rental agreement. All damage deposits are fully refundable as long as the room is returned per the rental agreement and all policies and procedures are adhered to during your event. |
Alcohol Services Alcohol is allowed by submitting an additional non-refundable fee along with the rental fee. Renter is responsible for purchasing license through The Event Palace's contracted Concessionaire at least 30 days prior to the event.

Non-Alcohol Services The Event Palace can provide non-alcoholic beverages such as Exotic Lemonades (Vanilla, Almond, Coconut and more), Iced Tea, Coffee for the duration of the event for $1.50 per person.

Stage The Event Palace has two built-in stages, one for the entertainers (DJ and the band), a piano and Karaoke. The back stage is a little lower, seating 15 to 20 people. |

by the hour (1st hour $300 and $125 for each additional hour and depending
on size of group). |
Safe Fun! We want you to have an enjoyable stay and use of our facilities. With large crowds of people, things can happen. To be safe, a minimum of one Security guard required per 75 persons, specially when alcohol is involved. |

Room The Event Palace has a large room with enough space to accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably and has disabled equipped new restrooms, courtyard for smokers, utility kitchen for caterers and a wait station for serving food. Dance Floor is available at an extra cost. |
Space The Event Palace utilizes round or square tables, depending on preference. Be sure to request style and amount needed upon signing of contract. |
Available Now! The Event Palace is available for your private events and is ideal for hosting weddings, receptions, anniversaries, graduations, client appreciations, holiday parties, bar mitzvahs, fund-raising dinners, church events and other special events. |
